Documentary series of seven chapters on the first and oldest of the Jacobean routes
The Primitive Way is the Camino de Santiago that goes through the interior of Asturias and Galicia. It is the first pilgrimage of which there are still references and the oldest.
Each of the seven chapters that make up this series is a journey through history and landscape, culture and diversity, of what makes us different but at the same time equal.
Walking through the personal search of the pilgrims this series builds a collective history along a legacy that remains in time. The Primitive Way.

Sección OficialThis series is a journey through the last seven stages of the Primitive Way, from Grandas de Salime to Santiago de Compostela.
Each chapter is a stage through which we will go through the pilgrims’ own experiences and emotions. We will also get to know the cultural and artistic heritage that this Way gives us.
We will travel to the Bronze Age in the Castro de Chao Samartin. We will advance to the 14th century in the Royal Hospital of Montouto. We will march on the most complete and best preserved example of military architecture of the Western Roman Empire, the wall of Lugo.
Slowing down and speeding up our emotions, we will arrive at Santiago de Compostela to finish an unforgettable experience that most pilgrims will repeat without a doubt.
